Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
• Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.
• Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.

Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to smaller orders.
• Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days within India.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for undamaged, unused items in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
