Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Sale items and custom pieces are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or call +91 70394 87986 with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange a piece for a different item or size within the 7-day window. Please get in touch and we will guide you through the process. The cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is borne by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the piece at no additional cost.
